What are we looking for?
We are looking for students or graduates who want to work on research, new ideas, or proof of concepts. We have various specialists and roles within our team who can provide support. The most important thing for us is that you have the right attitude.
A day as an intern at Macanta
Our mornings start at 08:30 with a daily stand-up. Once you've grabbed your first cup of coffee (or tea), we start with a briefing. We discuss what we did the previous day, any challenges we encountered, and the day's plan. Once everything is aligned, we get started.
You can participate in specific projects with us. Maintenance on certain systems is an example here. It varies what you do. You can think of updating fields, making website adjustments, modifying web applications, and working on a new design.
By shadowing our mid-level and senior developers, you get a good understanding of the project's status and why certain things work or don't work. We work together on our projects and provide guidance along the way.
